E-Business is a competitive differential in the global economy of the 21st century. Firms in industry and public agencies invest in ever evolving innovation of the Internet, in order to gain an edge as first movers or fast followers in the marketplace. e-Learning, e-Business, and e-Government share this very common platform. Important in the innovation investment is not only technology, but also risk and security, methodology design, customer relationship management (CRM), and business strategy.
The ultimate feature in e-systems, however, remains e-Learning as the major driver for all e-systems components and online service and business technologies.
The International Group of e-Systems Research & Applications (TIGERA) Conference provides a forum for users, engineers, scholars, professionals, students, and Government representatives to present their latest findings in e-Commerce, e-Business, and e-Government research, applications and the underlying technologies. The submitted contributions address challenging issues of innovative e-Business models, digital markets, e-Products and e-Services, online user behavior, pervasive technologies, portals, service integration, security, and public e-Services for users, and organizations.
