Author's institutions or corporations are requested to honor a page charge of 56€ per printed page or part thereof, to help defray the cost of publication. Page charges apply to all contributions. Payment of page charges is not a condition of paper acceptance.

If institutions do not pay, then authors are required to pay the reduced page charge as follows:

1. A fixed page charge of 92€ per article, plus 18€ per author.
2. For papers, longer tha 12 pages, there is 24€ charge per page.

For example: The page charge of a two-author article is 92€ + 2*18€ = 128€.

The page charge applied in here is only nominal to what other journals charge; here are some examples:

The page charge is needed to cover part of the journal printing and management.

There is no exceptions to page charge, starting Nov 1, 2007. No paper will be published before the page charge is satisfied.
